ASCII est un terme informatique

ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange). La plupart des fichiers textes sont sauvés au format ASCII (prononcez aski). Mais ASCII est avant tout un standard développé par l'American National Standards Institute (ANSI), pour définir comment les ordinateurs écrivent et lisent les caractères.
